Terms and Conditions:
A complete CDS handbook will be distributed upon approval of membership into the Gaggia dealership family, but here is a brief overview.

Drop Ships:
Importika will drop ship merchandise for Dealers. The dealer will incur drop fee, actual shipping cost, tax and product cost per email, fax or phone order.

Warranty:
Gaggia merchandise, sold by authorized dealers, carries a one year limited warranty.

Shipping:
All prices are FOB Victor, New York at Gaggia USA. All costs, including but not limited to freight, shipping and handling costs, insurance, and other charges relating to transport of the products to the Dealer shall be the responsibility of the Dealer.
