Used with Gaggia’s Platinum line (the Gaggia Platinum Vision, Gaggia Platinum Vogue, Gaggia Platinum Swing, or Gaggia Platinum Swing Up), this Milk Island is easy to use and produces consistently great foamed milk for your beverages. To use, pour cold milk into the carafe and then turn the steam knob. This little machine will then froth and steam up to 13.5ozs of milk, making the production of drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes a breeze. The Milk Island is equipped with a locking top and easy-pour spout to make sure that your frothed milk stays put and clean up is as easy as rinsing the carafe.
